Shipping & Returns


Please allow 7-10 business days for your item to be shipped with standard shipping. (3-5 days with expedited). International delivery times may vary.

*IMPORTANT*: We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. This applies only to International Orders.


Refund Policy
No refunds are accepted, only exchanges.

Exchanges are accepted up to 15 days after receiving your package, no later. Item must be in new condition. If you need to exchange your item, send us an email to help@atlanticallure.com and we will get back to you right away.

To return your product email help@atlanticallure.com to get the shipping information within the time disclosed above.

BUYER will be responsible for paying for your own shipping/insurance costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
